Peak Performance Tune-up includes the following & additional work:

  • No repairs or improvements will be undertaken without customers consent
  • Service in a timely manner
  • Clean outdoor condenser coil
  • Check contactors & capacitors
  • Measure refrigerant charge
  • Clean & adjust burner assembly
  • Inspect heat exchanger for cracks & corrosion
  • Check for restriction of flue
  • Clean condensate drains
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Inspect motors & assemblies
  • Inspect & tighten electrical connections
  • Clean or replace filters
  • Check safety controls
  • Run & test functions

Peak Performance Tune-up

Furnace:

  • Inspect heat exchanger for cracks and corrosion
  • Inspect & clean burners
  • Check pilot function
  • Check air filter
  • Check & lubricate blower motor
  • Inspect blower wheel
  • Check belts if applicable
  • Check gas line & valve
  • Inspect & clean condensation drain
  • Inspect inducer motor & assembly
  • Check capacitors
  • Check flue is not restricted
  • Check pressure switch & safety controls
  • Check thermocouple if applicable
  • Check combustion air is not restricted
  • Inspect relays and contacts
  • Check thermostat is working properly
  • Tighten & inspect electrical connections where necessary
  • Measure temperature rise
  • Secure all panels
  • Check humidifier & water panel
  • Run & test furnace function

Air conditioning:

  • Check air filter
  • Inspect & clean condenser
  • Inspect & clean condenser coil
  • Check drain pan
  • Check for restriction in condensate drain lines
  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Inspect blower assembly
  • Measure volts & amps
  • Check safety controls
  • Inspect condenser fan blade
  • Inspect & lubricate condenser motor
  • Test capacitor
  • Tighten & inspect electrical connections where necessary
  • Inspect fan control center
  • Inspect disconnect box
  • Check compressor
  • Inspect and lubricate all other bearings
  • Check thermostat is working properly
